My husband and I recently had the great good fortune of working with Suzanna Cecchin in our search for a new home in Madison. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, responsive, patient, and in every way wonderful to work with. She always made us feel like we were her only priority, and did a phenomenal job of making the process as easy on us as she could. We really appreciated having someone with deep local knowledge as we were moving to Madison from out of state. She kept us apprised of new houses as they came on the market, sometimes even before they came on the market, and never minded when we rejected many of the houses for one reason or another. If we were interested, she immediately made an appointment to see the house, sometimes even the same day! As we were not physically in the area, we were completely dependent upon Suzanna to walk us through countless houses via FaceTime over a period of many months. As we had purchased our first home 44 years ago, we were totally unfamiliar with the ins and outs of today’s housing market. Suzanna was able to educate us on the entire process of buying, including how to negotiate our contract, make changes at the last minute, and deal with unexpected circumstances. She was as dedicated to helping us find our perfect home as we were, and we truly ended up with our dream home! We cannot recommend Suzanna more highly! You will not be able to find an agent who goes above and beyond more than Suzanna does, and you will totally enjoy all the time you spend with her as well!

We were looking for a home and started searching over the internet and that Is how I met Suzanna. However she is much more than a realtor to us now. She is our dear friend. Suzanna very patiently heard all our needs. Gave us a lot of options for the houses. She also suggested the best ways the offer could get accepted and still keep in mind our budget and needs and always respected our opinions. We got rejected at a lot of places(homes) in bidding wars but Suzanna was always supportive and always showed us hope and not to get disappointed. Not just work but personally I learnt how to keep patience and get the best results. We got our perfect home that we wanted and that fitted in our needs because of Suzanna. "Suzanna helped me, for the better part of a year, search all over Madison for the perfect house for my parents, who were seeking to move from out-of-state. This situation was exciting for me, but also put a great deal of pressure on me, since my parents would likely be buying a house without seeing it themselves. Suzanna seemed to have a great appreciation for the unique positions we were all in, and she navigated these challenges with us with empathy, care, and calm. Suzanna holds impressive knowledge of the housing market, and as a Madison native, she has a valuable perspective on the city and its neighborhoods. She was planful and methodical, gathering detailed information from my parents about what they were looking for, and she helped them sort through preferences that were non-negotiable, versus those that were flexible. We visited SO MANY HOMES, and she kept careful track of what my parents liked or didn't like about each one... so much so that she quickly started to be able to predict their reactions and opinions to any given house, before even showing them photos or doing a video tour. Suzanna stayed in close touch during the whole process, and she kept our hopes high, even when we faced disappointments. She was encouraging and positive, while also being pragmatic and honest. It's easy to come across in a certain way for short periods of time under favorable conditions. Suzanna's character and values shone through in every interaction, every time, working together through a stressful and emotional 8 months. That's a real test. Not only did we end up with a beautiful home for my parents (it's literally perfect), we also met a truly amazing woman. I cannot recommend her highly enough!"

How many times do you buy or sell a house? For me this was the first sale. What to do, when, where? I found out about Suzanna from another realtor. I made an appointment thinking I would listen to her, and find another. Compare notes. Suzanna came to my house on time. We sat and talked about my plans. She added a few suggestions. I was sold. No second opinions. We walked thru the house, garage, yard, basement. She gave me a list of things to do. I did those, and the house sold.
